This large scale resort and themed entertainment community located in the popular mountainous resort area of Wuyishan, Fujian Province, is intended to become one of the largest most integrated resort communities in China. The large site features nature preserves, residential villa and corporate villa lots, a 1000- room convention hotel and facilities, small “mom & pop” guest house village communities, and Italian hill-town themed village overlooking lake, town center with retail outlet centers and specialty shops, cultural centers including authentic tea village, replica of Mr. Zhu temple and family oriented theme park. The master plan and conceptual design was created for Powerlong Development of Xiamen.

The architectural concept plays off San Diegos’ and nearby Lindberg Fields’ aviation history especially its airship and subsequent mishap accident back in the 1930’s. The mixed-use residential/retail/office and upper level hospitality design features a multi-level “airship” top complete with entertainment, F & B and indoor/outdoor pool deck area with fantastic views of the bay and nearby air traffic “in and out” of Lindeberg Field.
