This golf cluhouse is intended to serve a future 18-hole golf course which is part of a large-scale resort seaside community in southern Bei Hai, China. The clubhouse, in addition to golf, will house a limited number of guest rooms and feature restaurant and sales facility for newly developed 5-star villa resort community, spa and future convention hotel.

Renovation & Expansion; Urumqi, China

Restoration of existing small scale private winery located in the agricultural plains outside of Urumqi. New production facilities are to be added to the existing, as well as, re-adptive use of original factory buildings into wine tasting and exhibition, guest rooms, administration and “back-of-house” facilities. A small boutique resort will feature guest room sites with private courtyards and well was large pool and outdoor gathering areas. A signature “barrel vault” arch lattice arcade defines the resort and becomes the feature architectural element of the winery.

Wuyishan, China

Part of a large scale resort and themed entertainment community located in the popular mountainous resort area of Wuyishan, Fujian Province. Mr. Zhu’s temple is modeled after the original philosophers temple. An authentic tea village feature indoor / outdoor teahouse, guest lodges, retail shops and other F & B outlets lying a pedestrian street. A project by Powerlong Development.
