185,000 sm retail mixed-use development located along Xidan Road, Beijing. Two different options were designed for the project that features a high end shopping mall connected to the MRT and Xidan station. The design features a 5-star hotel and convention facility, service apartments, office and restoration and re-creation of ancient Hutong neighborhood and retail walking street,  as well as integrating into the new design,  pubs and F & B outlets in the original courtyard style Hutong villas.
